ترجمة الملخص: Objective:To study the role of Hysteroscopyin evaluating uterine .Materials and Methods:The final sample included 32 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding, 22 cases of IUD thread loss, and 31 cases of infertility. All patients underwent superior to ultrasound in sensitivity (100% vs 95.83%) and specificity(66.67% vs. 50%). Abnormal detected at 77.78% of primary infertility patients, most polyps, and 63.5% of secondary infertility patients, most common and in the uterus. The sensitivity of higher than ultrasound in the evaluation of primary infertility (100% vs 36.36%) and secondary infertility (100% vs. 40%). The uterine the most commonly seen patients with recurrent abortions(3 cases out of 5, 60%), and the surgically removed. that the IU in 21 patients out of 22 (95.45%), while the not observed in a single case (4.55%). The IUD was implanted in the uterine lining in 8 cases (36.36%) and not 13 cases (59.09%). The IUD was extracted by endoscopy in all 21 cases. great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of many uterine related to abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility, and loss of IUD thread
