ترجمة الملخص

This study aims to clarify the provisions of the annulment lawsuit in the Jordanian Administrative Judiciary Law, by defining the annulment lawsuit and its characteristics, distinguishing it from other similar lawsuits, clarifying the conditions for accepting the annulment lawsuit, the aspects of canceling the administrative decision, in addition to the provisions for considering and adjudicating the administrative lawsuit and the appeal mechanism Administrative judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court. The researcher found shortcomings and inadequacies in the provisions of the Jordanian Administrative Judiciary Law, as this law did not mention the provisions of appointing judges and the cases of their response and disqualification. On administrative contracts for the oversight of the administrative judiciary, following in the footsteps of the countries of the dual judicial system in this regard.
