ترجمة الملخص

The aim of this study is to identify degree of using Business Processes Reengineering in exercising administrative processes within the public schools in Jerash from the views of principal s (females and males). to achieve this study , the questionnaire ,was designed, that consisting of 48 items, distributed on eight areas, validity and reliability were tested . The study population ,consisted of all principals in Jerash during the year 2012-2013, by 176 The study sample consisted of 88 principals and the number of respondents were 84 principals. The data were analyzed after collection , the results have shown that degree of using business processes reengineering in exercising administrative t processes within the public schools in Jerash from the views of principals ( females and males ) is medium . The results have also shown that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of use of business processes reengineering attributed to gender, and school type. also there are not statistically significant differences in the degree of use of business processes reengineering in the exercise of Operations Management attributed to the age, experience, and level of scientific specialization, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations including: - considering to self-directed work teams a, seek to change the administrative structures of the pyramid to form horizontal and promotion of information technology in schools and conducted further studies onbusiness processes reengineering and its practices on the educational sector.
