The process of the assessment of the risks of security information system is considered complicated and it’s by uncertainty and fuzzy, and there are many suggested the international standard organization of the assessment of the risks of security information system as: the National institute of standards and Technology (NIST), and International Standard organization (ISO). So, we’ve made this study by putting a model to assessment the risks of information security according to the suggested model by (ISO) and according to multiple-criteria to determine the the threats, and the importance of the asset of information system. as coincide with the nature of the organization job, so we’re going to evaluate the information security, its goals, and sizes, and by using Fuzzy Multi-criteria Decision Making Approach, and we’ve applied the suggested model to assessment the risks of information system Automata 4 company.Thus we collect the preferences of technological experts who in 4 company. According to the following basic steps: The first Step: Preparation: This Step aims at readiness and preparation of the assessment Process. The second step: building the assessment model, which suits the size of the the natural of its job, then processing the assessment process.The third step: Viewing and discussing the assessment results.The researcher reached to the suggested helps to build assessment model special to this company,and of the results of the assessment better. The Multi-criteria Decision Making Approach help to taking consideration all the assessment criteria of the company and the nature of its job. Fuzzy logic also helps in processing the states of associate the assessment processing. We helps in model to assessment the importance of assets of the information system. and we’ve arranged the threats of each asset according to the level of its risk and priorities of processing.In the end. The researcher advises the Automat 4 company with the constructing a department for the security information management, Also. She advises with making the process of assessment of the security information periodically according to model of assessment particular to the nature of the company’s job and its goals, setting a general politics for the security information. Also She advises all the organization which work in different sections with assessment of the security system special to it, and assessment its risks periodically according to the nature of its job and its goals, and bouncing budget of the information system according to the results of the assessment and the importance of the assets of the its information system
