ترجمة الملخص

This research which is in titled ' purposeful aggressive actions ' is a comparative study between Islamic regulations and the Algerian law of punishment. it is a very important topic because it concerns people's daily life .that's why they need to know this law.This study includes an introduction, two chapters and a onclusion. In the first chapter | deferred the purposeful aggressive actions their basis and examples in Islamic regulations and the Algerian law of punishment..in the second chapter I dealt with the punishments related to these actions like prison , execution ,and finance ...etc. inIslamic regulations and the Algerian law of punishment. I found that:1-the agreement between the Islamic regulations and the Algeria law of punishment in admitting these actions .2-the big relationship in charging the imam and the judge to deal with punishment related the these actions. Ce travail intitulé " la violence délibérée" constitue une étude comparative entre la chariàa et le code pénal à travers leurs convergences et leurs divergences. Cette recherche se répartit en deux chapitres .Le premier essaie de définir ce genre de violence.et le deuxième s'intéresse aux sanctions .Les résultats obtenus sont :1-IL y a une convergence à propos des objectifs sur les crimes et leurs sanctions.2-IL y a un rapprochement à propos de la priseen considération de l'avis de l'imam et de l'opinion de juge concernant certaines sanctions
