ترجمة الملخص

The principle of parliament independence demands the existence of sureties to enforce this independence. So the constitutional documents and the elective laws provide the parliament, as constitutional institution, and its members with many sureties making them independent and without any effects. The sureties implies two main axises the first one is the enforced sureties for independence of the parliament concerned and the second one is the enforced sureties for protection of the parliament membership. We have divided this theses in three sections discussing the parliament independence in arranging the internal Affair, the danger of gathering between the membership in the parliament and the other official positions, and the danger of the economical treatment with state. While in the second one, discussing the Objectival impunity, the procedural impunity, and the parliament requital. I end this research with a conclusion, which shows the most important consequences and suggestions.
