الملخص

L’explosion démographique des dernières décennies et la production gargantuesque de déchets qui pourrait dépasser en Algérie les 30 millions de tonnes en 2025, accompagnant la consommation toujours croissante de la population, font de la gestion des déchets un axe de développement essentiel, pour lequel il reste encore beaucoup à faire. Les centres d’enfouissement technique (CET) font partie des alternatives disponibles afin de répondre à cette problématique. Il s’agit d’une solution peu élégante mais difficilement évitable pour des raisons économiques et parfois techniques. Des mesures devront être prises afin de limiter les déchets ou de favoriser le recyclage et la réutilisation de certains matériaux. Le but de ce travail est de faire une proposition d’une bonne stratégie de gestion intégrée des déchets ménagers et de développer un modèle plus complet d’un CET, pour que cela ait la plus faible incidence sur l’environnement

The demographic explosion in recent decades and the massive production of waste, which could exceed 30 million tones in 2025 in Algeria as a result of the increased consumption of products, makes the management of wastes, which there is still much to do, a key focus of development. Burying centers are available alternatives to address this issue, although it is sometimes undesirable but it is difficult to avoid for economic and technical reasons. Measures should also be taken to recycle, reuse and limit wastes. The purpose of this work is to propose a strategy for the integrated management of household wastes and to develop an integrated model for the technical burying centerso that it has the least possible risk to the environment.
