الملخص

L’analyse financière est une pièce maitresse pour l’évolution et la prise de décision des dirigeants des entreprises, mais le choix reste toujours subjectif, de même l’analyse financière doit être toujours dynamique pour répondre aux changements des différents indicateurs de performance macroéconomique et les différents ratios de conjoncture économique nationale et internationale, l’analyse financière concerne la politique générale de la firme : sa naissance, sa croissance et son autonomie.E n d’autre terme l’analyse financière est un outil d’analyse permettant de porter un jugement sur la situation financière de l’entreprise, sa rentabilité et sa performance, en utilisant les différentes méthodes : d’abord l’analyse statique de la structure financière à base du bilan comptable, qui nous permet d’apprécier l’équilibre financier de l’entreprise(FRNG, BFR et TN). Ensuite, l’analyse de l’activité et de la performance, qui nous permet de porter un jugement sur la situation économique (SIG, CAF et l’autofinancement). En fin, l’analyse dynamique, qui nous aide à comprendre l’évolution de la situation financière de l’entreprise sur une période bien déterminée.En appliquant l’ensemble de ces méthodes sur l’entreprise industrielle ENEL d’AZAZGA de TIZI-OUZOU, pour le période : 2015, 2016 et 2017, nous avons conclu que cette dernière est équilibrée financièrement, dispose d’une marge de sécurité d’une capacité d’autofinancement positive avec un degré de rentabilité et de performance très acceptable au cours de cette période étudiée, ce qui est un bon signe de sa santé financière et qui garantir sa pérennité.

Financial analysis is a centerpiece for the evolution and decision-making of business leaders, but the choice always remains subjective, similarly financial analysis must always be dynamic to respond to changes in different macro performance indicators. Economic and the various ratios of national and international economic situation, the financial analysis concerns the general policy of the firm: its birth, its growth and its autonomy. In other words, the financial analysis is an analysis tool allowing to pass a judgment on the financial situation of the company, its profitability and its performance, by using the different methods: first the static analysis of the financial structure based on the balance sheet, which allows us to assess the financial balance of the company (overall net working capital, working capital requirement and net cash).Then, the analysis of activity and performance, which allows us to make a judgment on the economic situation (interim management balance, self-financing capacity and self-financing).Finally, the dynamic analysis, which helps us to understand the evolution of the financial situation of the company over a specific period. By applying all of these methods to theElectro-Industry AZAZGA industrial company in TIZI-OUZOU, for the period: 2015, 2016 et 2017, we concluded that the latter is financially balanced, has a margin of security, a positive self-financing capacity with a very acceptable level of profitability and performance during this period studied, which is a good sign of its financial health and which guarantees its sustainability.
