ترجمة الملخص

The current study aimed to investigate the effect of cadmium in some blood components by local rabbits males. (18) male rabbits were used in this study, they were divided in to three groups : control group(n=6) became tap water, the first experimental group(n=6) had orally administration of water solution of cadmium /kg)b.w in the abdominal hole for(4) weeks, after that we performed the blood parameters .The results showed significant decrease(P< 0.05) in hemoglobin concentration , where the percentages reached (13.5%)and(17.8%)respectively , values the percentages also reached (15.1%)and(15.8%)respectively, and count of red Blood cells (RBC) where the percentages reached (32.8%)and(32.5%)respectively in both of the two experimental groups when compared to control ,while significant increase (P<0.05) in the count of white Blood cells(WBC) was registered.Significant increase (P<0.05) in the ratio of lymphocytes where the percentages reached (17.1%)and(10.1%) respectively ,but not significant increase for monocytes in both of the two experimental groups when compared to control, significant decrease (P<0.05)was registered in ratio where the percentages reached (11.2%).After stopping the treatment of cadmium for 3 weeks the values of studied blood components stilled nearby of that during administration and injection. results of this study showed changes represented as degeneration , fatty changes ,and necrosis in hepatocytes , degeneration in renal inflammatory ,filtrated lymphocytes ,and monocytes and edema in kidney of cadmium treated rabbits
