الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر درجة الثقة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي لدى رؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم بجامعة غرداية. مشكلة الدراسة: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي: "ما درجة الثقة التنظيمية في جامعة غرداية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم وما تأثيرها على السلوك الإبداعي لديهم؟" مجتمع الدراسة: يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من رؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم بجامعة غرداية وعددهم 32 فرداً، حيث لم يتم الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة نظراً لصغر حجم المجتمع وإمكانية دراسته كاملاً بسهولة. منهج وأداة الدراسة: استخدمت الطالبة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، مستخدمة في ذلك الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة. أهم النتائج: وجود درجة من الثقة التنظيمية في جامعة غرداية من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم. وجود مستوى من السلوك الإبداعي لرؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم في جامعة غرداية. هناك أثر للثقة التنظيمية على السلوك الإبداعي من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام ومساعديهم بجامعة غرداية.
