الملخص

L’objet de ce travail a été d’apporter un éclairage sur la communication interne et sa liaison avec la GRH au sein de l’entreprise algérienne.Pour ce faire nous avons mobilisé un corpus théorique relatif à la GRH, à la communication et à la communication interne, comme nous avons mené une étude empirique au niveau de l’entreprise nationale de promotion immobilière.Nos résultats empiriques semblent révéler l’insuffisance du processus de communication et une négligence de cette dernière au niveau de l’ENPI.

ترجمة الملخص

The purpose of this work was to shed light on internal communication and its link with HRM within the Algerian company.To do this we mobilized a theoretical corpus relating to HRM, communication and internal communication, as we conducted an empirical study at the level of the national real estate development company.Our empirical results seem to reveal the inadequacy of the communication process and its neglect at the level of the ENPI.
