Therefore, the purpose of the research is: Setting the scale for the role of administrative leadership in the sector and showing the of sports movement in the Kurdistan Region -Iraq by members of the administrative Introducing the difference in the role of the administrative leader in the body and showing the sports movement by the members of the board of directors of the sports club in the Kurdistan Region -Iraq in terms of (province –experience -certification). Research program and field review: The researcher used the description program as a survey of nature's suitability and research objectives, resulting in voluntary selection of sports communities in the boards of sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, it has reached 58 board members representing 90 sports club, and researchers have selected 303 administrators representing 50 sports clubs through random samples. 55.55% of the communities have been established. The researcher divided the samples into two parts: one for construction and the other for training, the construction sample (176) representing the percentage (58.8%) and the training sample (127) representing the rate (41.91%) After ensuring that all scientific conditions and conduct were provided in the measure, the completion of visits to conduct tests on the basic sample, which numbered 127 members of the board of directors of some sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq. The final training for the measurement was conducted on July 25, 2021, until September 6, 2021. Researchers (115 of the correct files) were available to analyze statistics that were 90.55% of training samples. After the researcher concluded, the following results were obtained in the study: The measure is set for the role of administrative leader that researchers have considered to be good at conducting administrative staff for sports clubs in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq.. The results showed that there is a spiritual difference between the accounting center and the theoretical center, in the dimension and role of the head of the duhuk provincial sports clubs, in the interest of the accounting center. During the author's achievements and objectives above, the researcher came to the following instructions: Emphasizing the use of various scientific methods in determining the needs of administrative leaders, such as new and diverse forms of organized planning, humanitarian and community relations. Preparing the draft of the administrative training test, those who work in sports institutions, in order to classify them according to the order of the employed Conduct similar research and establish high school and high school administrators as representatives of the Ministry of Education.
