Depuis les années 1980, le marché financier a très bien su créer une langue internationale ultime réduite au seul concept de capital qui n'a plus à passer par le détour de la production pour fructifier. Ayant pour première vocation le financement de l'économie, le, marché financier est ainsi fondé sur une pièce maitresse qui détermine son ampleur : l'introduction en Bourse.Synonyme d'un long processus qui répond à des normes internationales d'ajustement plus ou moins rigoureuses, une introduction en Bourse est cependant l'unique possibilité qui se présente face 'aux entreprises. Souhaitant bénéficier d'une cotation sur une Bourse des valeurs, d'autant plus celles témoignant d'une performance d'entreprise incontestable, une introduction en Bourse leur étant indispensable à l'équilibre de leur croissance et au complet de leur image d'entreprises performantes.Cependant, là où capitalisme règne dans le monde, maintes entreprises, même performantes et à grand potentiel de croissance, une introduction en Bourse leur semblant évidente, se soucient fortement des retombées tant positives et surtout négatives d'une cotation en Bourse.

Since the 1980s, the financial market has been able to create an ultimate international language reduced to the sole concept of capital, which no longer has to go through the detour of production in order to grow. With its primary vocation of financing the economy, the financial market is thus based on a key element that determines its scope: the initial public offering.Synonymous with a long process that meets international standards of adjustment more or less rigorous, an IPO is however the only possibility that presents itself to companies. Wishing to benefit from a quotation on a stock exchange, especially those testifying to an indisputable business performance, an IPO is essential for them to balance their growth and to complete their image as successful companies.However, where capitalism reigns in the world, many companies, even those that are successful and have great growth potential, take an IPO for granted and are very concerned about the positive and negative consequences of a stock market listing.
