تتناول هذه الرسالة دراسة الشواهد السماعية عند ابن مالك وقسمت الرسالة الى مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول الفصل الأول تناولت منهج ابن مالك في الشواهد السماعية، والفصل الثاني تناولت دراسة الشواهد السماعية في العمد والفصل الثاني الشواهد السماعية في الفضلات ، والفصل الثالث في التراكيب وختمت الدراسة بنتائج وقائمة بالمصادر.

ترجمة الملخص

The subject of thesis is about the study of hearing instances of Ibn Malak in his book (explanation of Al-Kafiyah Al-Shafiyah) and his ability to use these instances to deduce the grammatical problems. The thesis has been divided into preface, three chapters and conclusion. The chapters of study are not divided into researches because of the subject of thesis. The preface deals with two important topics. Thirst topic is life of Ibn Malak, his name, his ancestry, his scholars, his death, and his classifications. I make an explanation of his book because of its importance (Explanation of Al-Kafiyah Al-Shafiyah). The second topic that has been dealt with in preface is a brief explanation of the importance of these instances in grammatical study and types of these instances. The first chapter studies Holy Koran instances, Koran readings and prophetic Hadith I have studied Koran instances, their importance and their proofs in grammatical citations and style of Ibn Malak in exhibiting Koran instances. I have studied Koran readings and attitude of Ibn Malak in citing these instances and the sources of readings. I have finished the first chapter with studying prophetic Hadith and its importance and attitudes of grammarians and Ibn Malak about it The second chapter deals with the poetic and prose instances of speeches of Arabs. As far as poetic instances is concerned, I have studied the ranks of poets who deduced Ibn Malak in their poets. Sources of his poetic instances include what Sebawiyah and other scientists had said. Attitude of Ibn Malak about the necessary instances, artificial instances, abstracts instances and his attitude about different narration. The second section that is concerned with studying the prose instances and showing their importance in grammatical deduction and exhibiting models of Ibn Malak in citing these instances Third chapter includes studying the grammatical functions of hearing instances which they have been represented in five functions which are determining rules, predicting rules, deluding opinion, disproving opinion, and grammatical problems. I have chosen definite problems to be models by which I can show how Ibn Malak can use these instances in grammatical problems
