ترجمة الملخص

In the present work we are interested in the isolation and identification of endophytic fungi associated with the leaves of Calicotome spinosa. the Tizi Gheniff region of the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. Leaf samples were taken in June 2022 on 5 subjects of different middle and old age groups. Follow by culturing on PDA and incubation and isolation. The study of the macroscopic and microscopic aspects of the samples showed the presence of 11 fungal genera: Penicillium, Trichophyton, Aureobasidium, Cladosporium, Phoma, Alternaria Scopulariopsis, Geotrichum, Neoxytalidium and Fusarium the most abundant genus is Penicillum, The analysis ANOVA and PCA statistics revealed a significant distribution for the different fungal genera. Endophytic fungi constitute an important reservoir of extracellular enzymes. They also represent a very interesting symbiotic model. Plants are above all inseparable partners of forest biological balances and biodiversity. On the contrary, they can be used to improve the growth and resistance of species.
