The study aimed to identify the role of civil society organizations in monitoring and limiting government, administrative and financial corruption, and the study used the descriptive approach in the qualitative method, where the interview was used as a tool to collect data. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (18) experts, specialists and administrators in civil society organizations working In the field of combating corruption, there are (3) organizations chosen by the intentional method, and the study found that the level of administrative and financial corruption in government institutions from the viewpoint of the sample members was moderate and spread in the higher administrative levels. The most widespread form of corruption in Palestinian governmental institutions is favoritism and favoritism. And that the main political cause of the latest administrative and financial corruption is the Palestinian division and the resulting lack of separation of the authorities.The results also showed that the most important methods used in monitoring and combating corruption are the preparation of reports, studies and research, in addition to educating individuals, and press investigations.The results also showed that there are obstacles that limit the work of civil society organizations in combating corruption, including the absence of laws that determine the nature of the work of civil society organizations, and that funding is an obstacle in the direction of the activities of these organizations, and the Israeli Monitor stands an obstacle to civil society organizations.
