الملخص

La logique d’implantation des villes est toujours liée à leurs contextes territoriaux, là où l’eau constitue une source de vie, à l’instar des villes anciennes ou la mer jouait un grand rôle dans le développement économique et commercial. Cette dernière, à la fin du 19ème siècle commence à devenir un lieu d’attraction et de détente.Dans ce travail de recherche, nous étudierons la relation entre la ville et la mer, ou nous allons traiter la problématique de « rupture ville/mer » dans le cas des petites villes côtières du 19ème siècle, qui constituent la majorité de la bande littorale algérienne, à l’instar de la ville de Bouharoun, Ain tagourit, Ain taya et Ain Benian. Nous abordons donc cet enjeu dans la problématique générale, ensuite nous mettrons la lumière sur la ville d’Ain Benian comme cas d’étude dans la problématique spécifique.Notre objectif principal est de pouvoir retisser le lien entre la ville d’Ain benian et la mer, afin d’inscrire les deux milieux dans une dynamique commune et cela à travers une opération de recomposition urbaine prenant en charge la requalification urbaine du front de mer Nord de la ville.

The foundation’s logic of towns is always linked to their territorial contexts, where water is a source of life, like the ancient cities where the sea plays a major role in economic and commercial development. And, at the end of the 19th century, the sea begins to become a place of attraction and relaxation. In this research work, we will study the relationship between city and sea, or we will deal with the problem of "city / sea break" in the case of small coastal towns of the 19th century, which constitute the majority of the Algerian coastal strip, like the city of Bouharoun, Ain tagourit, Ain taya and Ain Benian. We therefore address this issue in the general problematic, and then we will shed light on the city of Ain Benian as a case study in the specific problematic. Our main objective is to be able to re-establish the link between the city of Ain benian and the sea, in order to inscribe the two environments in a common dynamic and this through an operation of urban recomposition taking charge of the urban requalification of the waterfront north of the city.
