ترجمة الملخص

In this study I can define freedom as the right for each person in thinking, belief, express opinion and behave in this own concept within the rules. This importance of this studyappears, because its necessity for humanlife and their feelings, and how the Islamic legislation gave freedom to people in general.The style of this study relied on the recital method, I collected so many proofs and scripts from the Holy Quran, The prophets life and deeds of the prophets followers where I combined, analyzed and commented on them in a suitable style.During this study, I came out with some results and conclusions such as; freedom is a human need for all people without discrimination because of belief, race or color.Also, freedom is spontaneous not controlled by human desires. It is the way that makes man be aware of his right and duties. freedom has many aspects in Islamic legislation such as; freedom in faith, thinking, privacy, social, economic and political.Freedom is divided into two sections: negative freedom which has no limits, and positive freedom which is controlled and that what Islamic legislation calls for.Some recommendations: The alert of some attempts tomislead or cancel the real concept offreedom in Islamic legislation.Also the importance of finding a common point between the specialists in the earthly subject and the religious ones, and not to force any opinion on each others
