Study aims: The Study aimed to The study aimed to identify The degree of the practicing administrative creativity to achieve superior performance among female supervisors at Buraidah city, According to the following domains: (Strategic planning, Strategic thinking, Building the culture of individuals, Building the culture of organization). Methodology & Questionnaire: The researcher used the descriptive survey. The researcher prepared & developed a questionnaire consisted of a tool, focused on measuring The degree of the practicing administrative creativity to achieve superior performance, and consisted of (53) items, distributed in four domains. Validity and reliability coefficient were ensured for the tool. Study Sample: The study sample consisted of (female supervisors), practicing their work at the academic year (1435/1436 ),and were numbered (96). A pilot study was drown out from the population, & were numbered (8). Study Results: The degree of the practicing administrative creativity to achieve superior performance among female supervisors, showed a (medium) rate. The domain (Building the culture of organization) came first, then the domain (Building the culture of individuals) came second, then the domain (Strategic planning) came third, then the domain (Strategic thinking) came forth. There are no statistical significant differences at the significance level of (α≤0.05) on all domains of the tool (The degree of the practicing administrative creativity to achieve superior performance), & (on the tool as a whole) due to the variable (qualification) There are no statistical significant differences at the significance level of (α≤0.05) on the domain of the tool (The degree of the practicing administrative creativity to achieve superior performance), & (on the tool as a whole) due to the variable (Years of Experience), Except on the domain ( Building the culture of organization), it was in favor of level (10 years and over) for the variable (years of experience). Study Recommendations: In light of the study findings, the researcher recommends: The necessity for supervisors to follow-up suggestions and opinions submitted by subordinates, towards job performance & quality, it is an essential part of achieving the goals of the institution, and improve performance. The need for the supervisors to grant sufficient authorities to colleagues at work, commensurate with their abilities to achieve superior performance at work
