This study aimed to show and explain the curriculum and entrances that explain the conflict theory in the Anglo –Amirican exeprinace , methods, techniques and schools used in dealing with the conflict at the international level, where the researcher reviewed the theory of conflict in terms of concept and historical eras that have contributed to the emergence and evolution of the concept of conflict theory, in addition to some entrances explained the conflict theory as the religion entrance, humanitarian needs, and the identity entrance, in addition to the schools deal with conflict by focusing on the conflict transformation schools, and schools of conflict management and analysis, the researcher discussed alternative means of dealing with conflict as negotiations, mediation and arbitration, as well as shed some light on the American style and European in dealing with the Irish and Cuban conflictThe study used descriptive and analytical approach,&this approaches fit to such studiesThe study concluded a set of results, which is the most important; the development of peaceful means in dealing with conflict came in conjunction with the era of the Cold War, which turned the form of international conflict, to ethnic conflicts, internal conflicts. the study concluded that a deep understanding of each of the united States and European Union, Focuses on England importance of using peaceful means as negotiations and mediation, as these methods have made significant achievements on the future of international relations, and achieve the interests of the conflict parties. The most important finding of the study is to explore the American style in dealing with the Cuban conflict and the European style -the British in dealing with the conflict in North Ireland, where the researcher concluded after in-depth analysis that the United States closer to conflict management, while Europe-Britain closer to conflict transformation
