الملخص

Vingt-deux brebis de la race locale ont été conçues dans cette étude, réparties en 2 lots différents, composés de 11 brebis chacun, les brebis du 1er lot étaient vides, alimentées du concentré avec la paille, tandis que les brebis du 2ème lot étaient gestantes en dernier tiers, alimentées d’orge avec le son de blé. Des prélèvements sanguins ont été réalisés pour chaque sujet dans le but d’évaluer le changement de certains paramètres hématologiques, ainsi l’influence du stade physiologique sur ces derniers. Les résultats obtenus montrent qu’il y’a une leucocytose chez les brebis en fin de gestation par rapport aux brebis vides, alors que les moyennes des GR, Ht, Hb marquent une diminution par rapport aux normes de références dans les deux groupes de brebis ; cependant cette diminution a été plus importante chez les brebis vides. Des différences dans les moyennes de CCMH et des plaquettes entre les brebis non gestantes et gestantes en dernier tiers ont été également notées et se sont révélées plus élevées chez les brebis non gestantes par rapport aux brebis gestantes. Le stade physiologique est l'un des facteurs importants qui peut influencer le profil hématologique chez la brebis.

Twenty-two ewes of the local breed were designed in this study, divided into 2 different batch, composed of 11 ewes each, the ewes of the 1st group were non pregnant, fed with concentrate with straw, while the ewes of the 2nd group were pregnant in the last third, fed barley with wheat bran. Blood samples were taken from each subject in order to assess the change in some hematological parameters, as well as the influence of the Physiological stage onthem. The results obtained show that there is leukocytosis in ewes at the end of gestation compared to empty ewes, while the means ofRbC, Ht, Hb show a decrease compared to reference standards in the two groups of ewes; however, this decrease was greater in empty ewes. Differences in the MCHC and platelet means between non pregnant and pregnant thirds ewes were also noted and were found to be higher innon-pregnant ewes compared to pregnant ewes. The physiological stage is one of the important factors which can influence the hematological profile in the sheep.
