الملخص

تناولت هذه الدراسة التغير المناخي وآثاره على فلسطين من خلال الوسائل الإحصائية والكمية، كدراسة التوجهات الحرارية والمطرية لمحافظات رام الله/البيرة والقدس وأريحا على عدة مستويات : الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية، بالإضافة إلى معاملات الارتباط الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية ومعاملات الجفاف بحسب (SPI)، كما وتناولت الدراسة تشخيص السلوك الحراري والمطري القديم والحديث في المحافظات الثلاث باستخدام كلا من (Kernel and Loess Smoothing)، وتناولت العديد من الإحصاءات الوصفية ذات العلاقة بالمتوسطات خلال الفترات الزمنية المختلفة .توصلت الدراسة إلى وجودتغيرات ذات دلالات إحصائية على كل من المعدلات الحرارية والكميات المطرية على عدة مستويات، حيث لوحظ ارتفاعا في المعدلات الحرارية على المستوى الشهري والفصلي والسنوي في محافظتي رام الله/البيرة والقدس، وكذلك انخفاضا في الكميات المطريةوبدلالات إحصائية في الكميات المطرية الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية في كل من محافظات رام الله/البيرة والقدس وأريحا .لقدأكدت نتائج الاستبيان المتعلق بآراء السكان المزارعين في المحافظات الثلاث معظم النتائج الدراسية التي توصلت لها الدراسة من خلال التحليل الإحصائي والكمي للبيانات المناخية، من حيث ارتفاع درجات الحرارة وانخفاضكميات الأمطار في منطقة الدراسة .

Climate change phenomenon and its effects on Palestinian territory was studied using quantitative and statistical methods.The study was conducted in Ramallah/Al-Bireh, Jerusalem and Jericho as a casestudy. It studied the trends of rainfall andtemperature by doing correlation coefficients at multi scales :monthly , seasonal and annual base. In addition the study tested the drought indexes according to the classifications of SPI. The study also tested and compared current and past trends of rainfall and temperature by using kernel and loess smoothing approach as well as descriptive and average approaches.The study found that there isstatistically significant climaticchanges in the study area, such as : Increasingthe average temperatureat monthly, seasonal and annual basisinRamallah/Al-Bireh and Jerusalem. There is also significant Decreasein monthly, seasonal and annual amount of rainfall in the study area, which is obvious in theincreaseof frequency and intensity of drought periods during the past two decades in the study area . Analysis of the questionnaire supported the results thatthe studyhasreached through statistical approach. Analysis of the questionnaire indicated that the farmersin the study area assureddecreasing trends in both the amount of rainfall and in the cultivated lands that were belongingto them, in addition to increasingboth the temperature and drought occurrence recently.
