الملخص

La gestion efficace des projets de réalisations s’appuie essentiellement sur la meilleure connaissance de l’importance des données, des conditions imposées, des critères exigés et de leurs impacts techniques, socio-économiques et environnemental. Du point de vue économique, le facteur temps a été toujours le souci primordial visé par le gestionnaire dans le management des projets à cause de son influence sur le coût de réalisation du projet et sa livraison pour la mise en service. Le principal objectif de notre étude, étant d’arriver à estimer la période nécessaire pour la réalisation d’une infrastructure routière structurante projetée et reconnue comme création nouvelle (nouveau tracé), dans le réseau routier de la wilaya d’Ain Témouchent. Le travail effectué basé sur l’élaboration des applications numériques en utilisant le logiciel MS Projet, permet d’avoir un planning des travaux pratiquement convenable où les résultats obtenus sont satisfaisants et comparables avec les périodes réelles pour l’exécution des tâches

The effective management of implementation projects is essentially based on the better knowledge of the importance of the data, the required conditions and their technical, socio-economic and environmental impacts. From an economic point of view, the time factor has always been the primary concern of the manager in project management because of its influence on the cost of carrying out the project and its delivery for commissioning. The main objective of our study is to estimate the period necessary for the realization of a structuring road infrastructure planned and recognized as a new creation (new road), in the road network of the wilaya of Ain Témouchent. The work is carried out based on the development of digital applications using the MS Project software, allows having a practically suitable work schedule where the results obtained are satisfactory and comparable with the actual periods for the execution of the tasks
