There is no doubt that studying of a famous historical character needs hard from the research in reading and analyzing the informations in references that wrote about him, some of them focused light on his positives or negatives or may didn’t give all truth about him in purpose or without, so studying the doer of actions gives us obvious relations between truths that may be missed by some one. Jamal Pasha was our research character, who had basic role in political and military sides of Ottoman Empire, he represented with Anwar Pasha and Talat Pasha the Trinity Union. Jamal’s role became clear after Ottoman Empire involvement in first world war. He lead the fourth army in Syria and Lebanon and directed the region. From the above and because his important personality we divided our research into five chapters with introduction and end depending on the most important events in his life. Chapter one focused on his role in (C.U.B.) he got his first political chair “which was the roller of Baghdad”, he has his opinion about Italian invasion to Libya. Chapter two talked about Jamal Pasha political life between 1913-1914, this chapter was parted into four parts which dealing with his political role starting from the roller of Istanbul to the minister of works then minister of navies and finally his opinion about Ottoman Empire succeeding involvement in the First World War. Chapter three interested with the role of Jamal Pasha in Syria and Lebanon between 1914-1917. This chapter consisted of three parts to make clear why did he chose leading of fourth army while many events toke place in Syria and Lebanon at the time. Chapter four deals with Jamal’s opinion about the revolution of Al-Shareef Hussain. Finally, chapter five focused on Jamal’s running away to Europe then his death by killing in 1922. From this study, we found many positives and negatives in Jamal’s Pasha personality, his positives which were many made his clever and wisdom national man, many references said that “He is a good leader always serving Ottoman Empire benefits specially when the empire involved in the Firs World War”. Despite Jamal’s Pasha succeeded in politics and militarism specially by leading to the fourth army in Syria and Lebanon but Ottoman Empire lost in many battles and invasions made him trying to attract people and encourage them to stand against U.K. and defend Ottoman Empire lands. Finally, we found during our research that Ottoman Empire was walking in count down for finally, because of tearing up her lands, and moreover that the wrong actions of her leaders by standing beside Germany in the Second World War made falling down of the Empire done.
