ترجمة الملخص

This research is an investigation and study of Fasting and Retreat Chapter from Fath Alqadeer "God Open" book for alsheikh Kamal Alden Mohamed Bin Alsheikh Hamam Alden Abdel Wahd Alhanafy Alsewasy, who is well-known and called IbnAlhumam, who has died in 861 AH, which is an explanation of Alhidaya "Guidance" book for Al-Imam Ali Bin Aby Bakr Almrgiyany Alhanafy, who has died in 593 AH. The importance of this research is that it investigates important books of Islamic Jurisprudence generally, and Alhanafy Doctrine especially. Although the author of the book is considered one of latecomers it forms a basic reference for scientists in Alhanafy Doctrine who came after him. The researcher used the descriptive approach in his research, and has depended on three manuscript copies and one unverified printed copy. His approach included referring to verses, showing the meanings and purposes of Sayings of the Prophet, verifying and documenting issues from accredited Islamic Jurisprudence books, and he worked on connecting the issues in the book with modern Islamic Jurisprudence issues when possible. The most important results and findings that the researcher has found regarding the importance of this book in Alhanafy Doctrine, and the size of the scientific material with respect to Islamic Jurisprudence issues and evidences from Islamic forensic, opinions of the religion scientists from Alhanafy Doctrine, and the opinions of the religion scientists from other doctrines.Also one of the most important findings that the researcher has arrived is investigating and verifying is the reference of the book for his author and that it's correct title is Fath Alqadeer "God Open" and not Sharh Fath Alqadeer "Explanation of God Open" as mentioned in the title of the printed copy of the book. The researcher recommends the necessity for completing the verifying and investigating of this book and then printing all of it, in order to be showed in a proper and suitable format for researchers and persons interested in this field. وThe researcher recommends the necessity for increasing the awareness level of the students and researchers regarding the importance of investigating and verifying the manuscripts, and guiding the students towards studying this field since the process of investigating and verifying the manuscripts results in a huge scientific benefit for the student himself, also benefiting the whole Islamic nation greatly through moving its valuable buried treasures into light and showing them
