الملخص

This study focuses on the study of the activity of essential oils marketed vis-à-vis two pathogenic fungi Niger and Apis. With the aim of researching new natural therapeutic products for the control of pathogenic fungi responsible for mycotic infections. The mushrooms are isolated by taking a sample of the beaten wax. Tests of the activity of marketed essential oil were carried out by the agar diffusion method. Five doses are applied 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100uL/disc, each dose is repeated three times. The results increase a significant inhibitory activity for the two fungal strains tested, we note the increase of the zone of inhibition with the increase of HE concentrations commercialized, the rate of inhibition of A. Niger vary between 0,092% and 6.34% and for A.Apis they vary between 0.1% and 4%. The antifungal activity of marketed HE exerts a stronger inhibitory action on A. Niger, but it is less effective than that of A.Apis. () Cette étude porte sur l’étude de l’activité antifongique d’huile essentielle commercialisée vis-à-vis deux champignons pathogènes l’Aspergilles Niger et l’Assoiffera Apis. Dans le but de rechercher des nouveaux produits thérapeutiques naturels de lutte contre les champignons pathogènes responsables des infections mycosiques. Les champignons sont isolés par le prélèvement d’un échantillon de la cire battue. Les tests de l'activité antifongique d'huile essentielle commercialisée ont été réalisés par la méthode de diffusion en gélose.Cinq doses sont appliqués 20, 40, 60, 80et 100uL/disque, chaque dose est répétée trois fois. Les résultats montent une activité inhibitrice significative pour les deux souches fongiques testés, on constate l’augmentation de la zone d’inhibition avec l’augmentation des concentrations d’HE commercialisées, le Taux d’inhibition d’A. Niger varient entre 0,092%et 6,34% et pour A.Apis ils varient entre 0,1% et 4%. L’activité antifongique de l’HE commercialisée exerce une action inhibitrice plus forte sur A. Niger, mais elle est moins efficace que celle d’A.Api
