ترجمة الملخص

This research aims to study the relation of uterine ligaments with different positions of uterine. These ligaments differ from woman to another in the presence and the absence and they differ in these length .So these differences may be the reason of different positions of uterus although, till now, there is no study describe this relation between uterine ligaments and its position.Usingprospectivecrosssectionalstudy,110womenwerestudied. These women were undergone diagnostic laparoscopic fromMay2016toFebruary2017in Orient hospital because of infertility .By studying operation video, we determined the uterine position, the length and presence of its ligaments, determined the relation between these ligaments and uterine position, and determined the relation between uterine position and pelvic symptoms taken previously from patient 's profile .We excluded from the sample women who have pelvic adhesions, inflammatory pelvic disease, endometriosis, and women undergone past pelvic surgery .This research described the relation between different positions of uterus and the variation of uterine ligaments, and this will lead lately to describe uterine position correction in treatments the pelvic symptoms.
