الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى توثيق الفلسطينيين لذاكرتهم الجمعية على ويكيبيديا، وتقدير حجم الفجوة في الذاكرة الفلسطينية على هذه المنصة الموسوعية، وذلك لمساعدة الفلسطينيين على إعادة تجميع ذاكرتهم ونشرها رقمياً على واحدةً من أهم المواقع على الإنترنت، والتي بدورها تسمح بحماية الذاكرة للأجيال القادمة، وتوحد الرواية الفلسطينية، وتجلب المزيد من الدعم والإسناد العالمي للفلسطينيين والقضية الفلسطينية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهجين الاستكشافي الوصفي والتحليلي من خلال المقابلات المعمقة كأداة تحليل رئيسية، والتي جرت مع مجموعة من الفئات ذوات الاختصاص في موضوع الدارسة وشملت: متطوعون محررون في ويكيبيديا، ومؤسسات رسمية ذات علاقة بموضوع الأرشيف الفلسطيني، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل مقال باللغة الإنجليزية خاص بالصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي على ويكيبيديا.وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فجوات في توثيق الفلسطينيين لذاكرتهم الجمعية على ويكيبيديا، تحديداً من مصادرها الأولية الفلسطينية خاصة أن المقال الذي تم تحليله تبين أنه ينحاز لوجهة النظر الإسرائيلية وغالبية مصادره من كتّاب يتبنون الرواية الإسرائيلية، كما بينت النتائج أن معظم المؤسسات الفلسطينية لا تمتلك خلفية عن أهمية الكتابة على ويكيبيديا وليس لديها خطط استراتيجية واضحة حول توثيق الذاكرة رقمياً ويكاد يكون نشرها في موضوع واحد أو اثنين مع عدم المتابعة والاستمرارية، ويرتكز التحليل والكتابة على ويكيبيديا بشكل أساسي على المتطوعين والهواة أكثر من المؤسسات الرسمية، وبالتالي يكون الجهد مبعثراً وغير منظم.وأوصت الدراسة على أهمية إنشاء مجموعة فلسطينية تهتم بإثراء ومتابعة المحتوى الفلسطيني على "ويكيبيديا"، تحت مظلة واحدة من خلال العمل المشترك بين الناشطين الفلسطينيين في مختلف أماكن تواجدهم. كما وأوصت الدراسة على إنشاء كادر من الناشطين والمحررين الفلسطينيين في موسوعة ويكيبيديا بالتعاون مع المؤسسات الرسمية التي تعنى بمجال التوثيق والأرشفة، وعمل تدريبات من أجل تكثيف نشر المحتوى الفلسطيني على هذه المنصة.This study aimed to idtify the bezel to which Palestinians documt their collective memory on Wikipedia and estimate the gap in Palestinian collective memory on this cyclopedic platform, in order to help Palestinians reassemble their memory and publish it digitally on one of the most important Internet sites, which allows to protect memory for future gerations, and unifies the Palestinian nrative brings more global support to the Palestinians cause. To achieve this goal, the resecher used the exploratory, descriptive and analytical approaches through in-depth interviews as the main analysis tool. Which took place with a group of categories specialized in the study subject included: volunteer editors on Wikipedia, and official institutions gives atttion to the Palestinian chive. The study also relied on the analysis of an ticle on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on Wikipedia.The results of the study showed that there is a lge gap in the Palestinians’ documtation of their collective memory on Wikipedia, especially from its primy sources, since the ticle that was analyzed was found to be biased towds the Israeli point of view, and the majority of it was tak from writers who adopt the Israeli nrative. The results also showed that most of Palestinian institutions do not have a background about the importance of writing on Wikipedia. It does not have cle strategic plans for documting memory digitally, and it is almost published in one or two topics with a lack of follow-up and continuity. Analysis and writing on Wikipedia is mainly based on volunteers and amateurs more than on official institutions, and thus the effort is scattered and disorganized.The study recommded the importance of establishing a Palestinian group concerned with riching and following up Palestinian contt on Wikipedia, through joint work betwe Palestinian activists in their vious locations.
