ترجمة الملخص

This research was done as a collaboration work between Tishreen University and the General Commission for Scientific Agricultural Research in Karahta research station for improvement of Shami goats and Der Al-Hajar station to set tables for normal values of some blood and chemical parameters in Awassi sheep during pregnancy to predict any nutrition or health disorders. Forty seven Awassi ewes in the same age (in the third season) were used for that purpose. Blood sample were collected from all ewes every month of the pregnancy period. The hemoglobin (Hb), the haematocrit (HCT), the alanine aminotransferase (ALT),the aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the alkaline phosphatase (ALP), the glucose (Glu), the cholesterol (Chol), the albumin (Alb) and the total protein (TP) were analyzed. Results indicated the existence of significant changes (P<0.05) between the increase and decrease in all indicators studied throughout the study period. Hemoglobin concentration ranged between (7.50-117.10 g/dl), (19-35%) in haematocr it, while the overall average of the effectiveness of enzymes (43.45±0.77), (86.98±1.82) and (11.96±0.31) U/l for each of the ALP, AST and ALT, respectively, and total concentration of glucose (37,50-95.20 mg/dl), cholesterol (0.80-2.70 mmol/l), albumin (30.80-67.90 g/l), and total protein (53.50-91.10 g/l) throughout the study period. Significant positive and negative correlations were found among the studied parameters, with values of Pearson correlation ranged from (r= -0.26 to +0.54).And put tables useful in predict the occurrence of nutritive or health disorders in the flock of pregnant ewes.
