ممارسات معلمي الرياضيات الديمقراطية والإبداعية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا والعوامل المؤثرة عليها

الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توفير بيئة غنية بممارسات معلمي الرياضيات الإبداعية والديمقراطية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا, ومعرفة العوامل المؤثرة على هذه الممارسات, وتحديداً حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤال الآتي: ما ممارسات معلمي الرياضيات الإبداعية والديمقراطية في المرحلة الأساسية العليا وما العوامل المؤثرة عليها؟ وللإجابة عن سؤال الدراسة, استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, تألف مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الأساسية العليا في محافظة قلقيلية والبالغ عددهم (128) معلم ومعلمة, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة, وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية, وتم توزيع الاستبانات الكترونياً عبر مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي. كما قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقابلة واجراءها مع جزء متاح من عينة الدراسة. وبعد جمع الاستبانات تم تحليلها بوساطة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية SPSS)), كذلك تم تحليل استجابات المعلمين على المقابلة, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستويات متغير الجنس في أحد مجالات الإبداع وهو مجال تشجيع البيئة المحيطة, وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح الإناث, ووجود فر وق دالة إحصائياً في مستويات متغير سنوات الخبرة في أحد مجالات الإبداع وهو مجال سلوكيات ال طالب, وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح سنوات الخبرة من ٥ الى ١٠ سنوات, ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستو يات متغير سنوات الخبرة في أحد مجالات الديمقراطية وهو مجال الحرية, وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح سنوات الخبرة أقل من ٥ سنوات, كذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستويات متغير مكان السكن في أحد مجالات الديمقراطية وهو مجال المساواة, وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح المدينة, كما توصلت النتائج إلى مجموعة من العوامل المؤثرة على ممارسات المعلمين الديمقراطية والإبداعية وكانت كالآتي: كثافة وطول المنهج, ضيق الوقت, الحالة النفسية للمعلم, الحالة النفسية للطالب, البيئة المحيطة, التعزيز, ضبط النظام داخل غرفة الصف, تعدد مستويات الطلبة, تشتت ذهن الطالب, عدد الطلبة, المنافسة بين الطلبة, طلبة الحالات الخاصة. واعتماداً على هذه النتائج, أوصى البحث الحالي أولاً بتنويع ممارسات المعلمين داخل صف الرياضيات مع الاهتمام بالممارسات الديمقراطية والإبداعية لهم, واستخدام هذه الممارسات مع كلا الجنسين لما لها من آثار إيجابية على ممارسات الطلبة وإبداعهم, كما أوصى البحث الحالي ثانياً باعتماد الديمقراطية كسلوك ومنهج في مدارس التربية والتعليم من خلال القائمين على برامج التدريب, لما لها من آثار إيجابية في احتضان عملية الإبداع والعمل على تنميته لدى الطلبة والمعلمين, وأخيراً يوصي البحث الحالي بدراسة كافة العوامل التي تؤثر على ممارسات المعلمين الإبداعية والديمقراطية, والحرص على تمكين العوامل المؤثرة بشكل إيجابي, وطمس العوامل المؤثر بشكل سلبي

This study aimed to provide an environment rich in the creative and democratic practices of mathematics teachers in the upper-basic-stage, and to know the factors affecting these practices. In order to answer the study question, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of teachers of the upper basic stage in Qalqilya Governorate, which numbered (128) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers, and they were chosen randomly, and the questionnaires were distributed electronically through Social Media. The researcher also prepared and conducted an interview with an available part of the study sample. After collecting the questionnaires, they were analyzed by means of the statistical packages program (SPSS)), as well as the teachers' responses to the interview were analyzed, and the study reached several results, including: There are statistically significant differences in the levels of the gender variable in one of the areas of creativity, which is the area of encouraging the surrounding environment, and these differences were in favor of females, and there were statistically significant differences in the levels of the years of experience variable in one of the fields of creativity, which is the field of student behavior, and these differences were in favor of the years of c experience from 5 to 10 years, and there were statistically significant differences in the levels of the variable years of experience in one of the fields of democracy, which is the field Freedom, and these differences were in favor of years of experience less than 5 years, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in the levels of the variable location of residence in one of the areas of democracy, which is the field of equality, and these differences were in favor of the city, and the results reached a set of factors affecting the democratic and creative practices of teachers They were as follows: the intensity and length of the curriculum, time constraints, the teacher’s psychological state, the student’s psychological state, the surrounding environment, reinforcement, discipline in the classroom, the multiplicity of students’ levels, the student’s dispersal, counting. D students, competition between students, students of special cases. Based on these results, the current research recommended, first, diversifying the practices of teachers within the mathematics classroom, with interest in democratic and creative practices for them, and the use of these practices with both sexes because of their positive effects on students’ practices and creativity. Secondly, the current research recommended the adoption of democracy as a behavior and approach in schools of education And education through those in charge of training programs, because of their positive effects in embracing the creativity process and working on its development among students and teachers negatively.
