ترجمة الملخص

The current research aims to build proposed criteria for employing smart applications in teaching faculties of education courses according to blended learning patterns. A paragraph for smart applications standards and (7) areas and (61) paragraphs for standards of blended learning patterns. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach for its suitability with the current study. The research community is represented by the teaching of Middle Euphrates universities for the academic year (2020–2021), as the total number of members of the community reached 972 teachers, distributed among the universities of the Middle Euphrates (Babylon University, the University of Qadisiyah, the University of Karbala, the University of Kufa, the University of Muthanna). They constituted (21%) of the total research community, on which the research tool was applied in its final form, through the Google Drive program. It was done using the statistical program (SPSS), and the statistical methods are: Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha equation, weighted mean, and weight percentage. In light of the research results, the researcher concluded the following: Standards provide applications with ease of handling and how to use and employ them, in addition to providing an interactive environment and various tasks directed to teachers and students. The ability to create comprehensive and practical multimedia educational content using video, images, audio, and text, with the ability to upload it. Smart applications therefore allow users such as authors, guides, and experts to create or upload pre-prepared content to save time and effort. Second: Recommendations Orientation towards blended learning through the Google Meet or Zoom program or any other application or program that can meet the requirements, with the presence of electronic classes through the Classroom platform, the Moodle platform, or any other platform that the university finds suitable to raise lectures and assignments and share lecture links electronically. Work on preparing the student to adapt to the learning method through blended learning and preparing lectures at the outset to explain the mechanisms of blended learning and how the student responds to it. Third: Suggestions In light of the research findings, the researcher recommends conducting: A proposed study on the pros and cons of using electronic educational applications in the educational process. A study on the appropriateness of the learning environment in Iraqi universities to apply the requirements of blended learning styles.
