الملخص

INDONESIA: Peran pasar modal salah satunya menjadi informasi untuk mengetahui perusahaan mana yang layak untuk melakukan investasi ditinjau dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergerakan harga saham.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Inflasi, Nilai Tukar (KURS), Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Book Value (PBV) terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti dan real estate. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dari 50 populasi diperoleh 10 sampel. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel inflasi, nilai tukar, Current Ratio (CR), Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Dan secara parsial variabel Earning Per Share (EPS) dan Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel inflasi, nilai tukar, Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Variabel Earning Per Share (EPS) adalah variabel yang paling dominan diantara variabel-variabel yang lainnya. ENGLISH: The role of the capital market is to become one of the means to make investments for investors, in other words the capital market is as a bridge between the owners of capital (investors) with the issuer. information which companies are eligible to invest in terms of factors affecting stock price movements. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Inflation, Exchange Rate (RATE), the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) on stock prices in the property and real estate company. This research used a quantitative method, with sampling was done by using purposive sampling of 50 the population that obtained 10 samples. The method of data collection was done by using the documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16. Results showed that variable inflation simultaneously, exchange rates, the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) influenced on stock prices. And in partial Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Book Value (PBV) significantly affects stock prices, while the variable of inflation, exchange rates, the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no significant effect on stock prices. Variables Earning Per Share (EPS) was the most dominant variable.
