ترجمة الملخص

This study worked on studying women’s autobiography in Arabic literature, by examining the book of the contemporary Kuwaiti writer (Shake Off the Dust), by studying the book of biography by Laila Al-Othman, objectively and artistically by researching the topics contained in the book, as well as addressing the writer’s tools that contributed In shaping these issues and topics, by applying them to the writer’s book.In order to achieve the goal, this study adopted the integrative approach, as the researcher traced the history of Laila Al-Othman and her life from childhood to adulthood using the historical approach, and studied the society in which Laila Al-Othman lived and the social issues using the sociological approach, and analyzed the psychological conditions that Laila Al-Othman went through and linked the title ( Shake off the dust) and the psychology of Laila Al-Othman using the psychological approach, in which the thesis was divided into three chapters after completing the introduction and preface, leading to the conclusion in which the most important results were documented. In the introduction, this study dealt with: the life of the writer, and an overview of the book, and the concept of biography according to the ancients and moderns was also clarified. That is, language and terminology. As for the first chapter: In this chapter, the study dealt with the writer’s general topics, which formed a clear phenomenon, represented by a presentation and analysis of the most important topics contained inthe autobiography. As for the second chapter: the talk was about artistic construction. By studying the language that the writer relied on, it was an artistic study in which the researcher dealt with time, place, and characters Then the study ended with aconclusion that included the most important results that the study reached through examining the poet’s poetry.
