ترجمة الملخص

This study aimed to shed light and stand on the provisions of the quarrels between the couple in Islamic jurisprudence. This study was conducted on a random sample consists of a number of couples who reviewed the management of family counseling Ministry of Justice asking for a divorce and they have a dispute. All cases where the husband is Kuwaiti. The study was based on a questionnaire to include more potential for dispute reasons. And may study found that the main cause of quarrels is the absence of forensic science and the spread of ignorance،which is great for the occurrence of sedition and spread the cause and also the lack of acceptance and affection between the two parties،the weakness of the dialogue،the negative change in the behavior and actions،do not bear responsibility،domestic violence.Study:It has pursued in this letter to the curriculum inductive analytical where I am in it to collect a certified information on the mothers of books in addition to contemporary books that knocked this topic and scientific research published theses. The consistently in this message on to attribute the verses where Takrija scientifically respond to the location and the graduation of conversations،then I analyzed questionnaires and discharged in a scientific way and clear.And sum up the results of the study in:The Islamic religion is a source of security،to achieve family stability.divine control officer for the good behavior of couples.should not be employed in religion is what came from him because Hui in self or to achieve worldly gains.care Islam to save ،five basic necessities: religion،life،ind،honor،property،arranged for appropriate sentences،The study included a number of recommendations to be taken account،and most important: that the media bother to allocate a daily or weekly programs illustrate the foundations of the family in Islam،and show the negative effects of marital quarrels. Create a competent offices of family affairs overseen by religion،education،social cientists ،whose mission would be to intervene to solve ،problems and marital quarrels and to prevent the arrival of the matter to the judge for Talaqgualaml provisions quarrels came as Islamic jurisprudence. need to introduce some theoretical and practical programs،be competent in a family develop the right concepts and prepare children for life marital happy
