الملخص

Cette étude porte sur l'extraction et l'analyse des propriétés physico-chimiques de l'huile essentielle extraite de la plante Lavande (Lavandula pubessens), cultivée dans la région de Hassi Miloud – Ouargla. L’extraction a été réalisée par hydrodistillation, avec un rendement de 1,2 %. Les analyses physico-chimiques ont montré que l'huile essentielle obtenue est conforme aux normes internationales AFNOR, confirmant ainsi sa qualité et son potentiel d'application. L’huile essentielle de lavande a été analysée par GC/MS, et les résultats ont révélé que le composé majoritaire est l’eucalyptol (40,57%), ce qui confère à l’huile des propriétés thérapeutiques intéressantes, notamment dans les domaines médicaux et de l’aromathérapie, grâce à son efficacité antibactérienne et anti-inflammatoire. This study focuses on the extraction and analysis of the physicochemical properties of the essential oil obtained from the lavender plant (Lavandula pubescens), cultivated in the Hassi Miloud region – Ouargla. The extraction was carried out by hydrodistillation, with a yield of 1.2%. Physicochemical analyses showed that the obtained essential oil meets international AFNOR standards, confirming its quality and potential for application. The lavender essential oil was analyzed by GC/MS, and the results revealed that the major compound is eucalyptol(40,57%), which gives the oil valuable therapeutic properties, especially in medical and aromatherapy fields, thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Lavender is an aromatic plant with multiple uses, particularly in medical, cosmetic, and aromatherapeutic applications.
