Sustainable Development is an essential concept in the current global context, it constitutes a major strategic challenge for companies and it encompasses a set of concerns in the three social, economic and environmental dimensions.This represents an approach that aims to balance the needs of the present without compromising the resources and opportunities of future generations.The integration of Sustainable Development into a business strategy is a long process, the latter emanating first from the vision of the manager, who then chooses an approach and communicates it to all stakeholders. This approach can concern all functions of the company and requires the transformation of all its processes, which brings a lot of challenges and constraints to them.The analysis of the information collected within the SPSRS therefore serves to provide an outline of how sustainable development is understood in a company operating in the industrial sector in the Algerian context.
