Résuméتدور دراستنا حول التشخيص المعيار ايزو والتحليل البيئي على مستوى محطة التنقية لعين الحوت بولاية تلمسان المتخصصة فيتنقية المياه المنزلية الملوثة .منهجية تحليل البيئي تعتمد على تحديد المؤثرات البيئية ثم حساب درجة الحرج باستعمال معادلة و جدولتقييم المؤثرات البيئية ,هده الأخيرة يتم تحليلها بواسطة مخطط ايشيكاوا. نحن نبحث عن الأسباب ونقترح الحلول باختصار المؤثراتالبيئية هي عامة تسرب عبر جدران فتحة الدخول الزيوت تسرب على مستوى قناة تقسيم الوحل و الماء بين أحواض التهوية تسربعلى مستوى جدران التهوية تسرب عبر جدران المرسب و قناة عودة الوحل من المرسب إلى الحوض البيولوجي رمي المياهالمصفاة غير المطابقة تشبع صرح التجفيف تشبع صرح التخزين تشبع محل تخزين النفايات الخاصة الخطيرة.تشخيص محطة تنقية المياه حسب المعيار ايزو استعملنا استبيان متكون من 87 سؤال مهيأ بشروط البنود الستة لمعيار الايزو.بعدالتشخيص لاحضنا أن كل البنود تحصلت على تطابق اكبر من 05 بالمائة.يمكن أن نقول أن المحطة حاولت أن تهتم بتخفيض المؤثرات البيئية الحرجة.نضرا للنتائج العامة بالنسبة لمعيار ايزو أعطينا حلول.Notre étude a porté sur le diagnostic selon la norme ISO 14001 et l’analyse environnementalau niveau de la station d’épuration de AIN el houtz située a la wilaya de Tlemcen et spécialisé dansl’épuration des eaux usées domestique .la méthodologie de l’analyse environnemental est basée surl’identification des aspects environnementaux puis le calcule de criticité a l’aide d’uneéquation(C=G*F*D)et la grille de pondération et évaluation des aspects environnementaux ,cesderniers sont analysés par le diagramme d’Ishikawa. Nous recherchions pour les causes et proposionsdes solutions pour y remédier. En somme, en dehors les aspects environnementaux significatifs sontgénéralement le suintement à travers la paroi du regard des huiles, fuite au niveau du canal derépartition des boues et eau entre les bassins d’aération suintement à travers les parois des bassinsd’aération, suintement à travers les parois du décanteur et du canal de retour des boues du décanteurvers le bassin biologique, rejet eau épurée non conforme, engorgement des lits de séchage, saturationde l’air de stockage, Saturation de local de stockage des déchets spéciaux dangereux, cross connexion,colmatage des regards/débordement des eaux usée, colmatage du DVO /débordement des eaux usées.Pour le diagnostic de la station d’épuration selon la norme ISO 14001 nous avons utilisé unecheck-list de 78 questions élaborées à l’aide des exigences des six chapitres de la norme ISO14001.aprés le diagnostic nous avons constaté que tous les sous chapitres ont un taux de conformitésupérieur a 50% Nous pouvons dire que l’entreprise essaie tant bien que mal de s’intéresser laréduction ou l’élimination des aspects environnementaux significatifs. Cependant, vu le taux deconformité global par rapport a la norme ISO 14001 nous avons proposé des recommandations a lastation d’épuration.Our study focused on the diagnoses accordions to the ISO 14001 standard and the environmentalanalysis at the AIN el houtz wastewater treatment plant located in the wilaya of Tlemcen andspecializing in domestic wastewater treatment. The environmental analysis is based on theidentification of environmental aspects and then calculates criticality using an equation (C = G * F *D) and the weighting grid and evaluation of the environmental aspects, which are analyzed by TheIshikawa diagram. We sought solutions and remedies for the causes and proposals. In sum, apart fromthe significant environmental aspects are generally seepage through the viewing wall of the oils,leakage at the sludge and water distribution channel between the aeration basins oozing through thewalls of the aeration basins, Oozing through the walls of the decanter and the return channel of thesludge from the settling tank to the biological basin, discharge of unclean purified water, clogging ofthe drying beds, saturation of the storage air, saturation of storage room for hazardous special waste ,Cross connection, clogging of manholes / sewage overflow, clogging of DVO / sewage overflow.For the diagnosis of the treatment plant according to the ISO 14001 standard we used a checklist of 78questions developed using the requirements of the six chapters of the ISO 14001 standard. After thediagnosis we found that all the sub Chapters have a compliance rate greater than 50% (generalrequirements and other requirements 66.5%, environmental policy70.75, planning 60.44,implementation and operation 77.87, control 91.35, management review83.25). We can say that thecompany is trying to reduce or eliminate significant environmental aspects. However, given theoverall compliance rate with respect to the ISO 14001 standard, we proposed recommendations to thewastewater treatment plant.
