The study has provided a historical overview of the most important architectural phases emerged in the modern age, in addition to the study and outline the most prominent features of the high-tech approach, and its intellectual perspectives, and understanding the elements identifying its identity leading to a clear and comprehensive definition of this approach. The study has also provided an analytical model to monitor the status of local and international samples contained, and understand the most prominent effects of this approach upon each one of them, and distinguishing its different effects upon each one of them, which is one of the most important aspects that the study aims to highlight. The study methodology tries to achieve the study objectives by providing an evaluation model to study the harmony level of our public facilities with high-tech approach, and getting into formulas defining our local reality and its position within the global context, and to generalizations describing the current status of such facilities by evaluating each architectural facility aside in terms of its response (granted positive point), or unresponsiveness (granted negative point) to the properties of the current high-tech features .Theoretical study has pointed out the importance of high-tech approach in terms of achieving the flexibility principle and focusing on the functional expression, and achieving the economic and ecological performance of the building; whereas, the applied study has concluded that building Western public facilities reflects an accurate and clear image of the high-tech approach Most attempts in Syria have focused on evoking items of this approach within public facilities are attempts characterized by swinging, and still seeking to achieve a more clear position within this approach .The study has confirmed the importance of the study in terms of the high-tech architect in a deeper context, and the need to think about the mechanism of the application of the theoretical study on the practical reality, and establishing benchmarks specified for the designing of public facilities to suite the change in the functional requirements.
