الملخص

Dans ce présent mémoire, nous nous sommes intéressés à traiter l’effet des IDE sur lesecteur agroalimentaire en Algérie, il a été illustré par l’étude du cas de l’accord entre la firmemultinationale (Danone) et la PME (Djurdjura) et leur effet sur la laiterie Soummam. Nosrésultats montrent que la présence de la firme multinationale Danone a permet àl’amélioration de la qualité des produits par le transfert de technologie, et de savoir-faire etpermettre aussi à la création de la compétitivité et de la concurrence.

ترجمة الملخص: Since the surge in foreign direct investment (FDI) in the late 1980, FDI has grown in maturity and complexity. It contributes to growth and development by making stable financial resources available to the economy and represents a conduit for the transfer of technology, know-how and managerial skills.In this paper, we have examined the effect of FDI on the agri-food sector in Algeria. It was illustrated by the study of the case of the agreement between the multinational firm (Danone) and the SME (Djurdjura) and their effect on the Soummam dairy. Our results show that the presence of the multinational firm Danone has made it possible to improve the quality of products through the transfer of technology and know-how and also allow the creation of competitiveness and competition.
