الملخص

يُعد النشاط الزراعي مرتكزاً من مرتكزات السياسة الاقتصادية لأي بلد يطمح لبناء اقتصاد متين متعافي، ويشكل الركيزة الأساسية للأمن الغذائي في العراق الذي تعرض كغيره من الدول النامية إلى أزمة الغذاء، مما انعكس في تزايد الاستيراد لسد حاجة اعداد السكان الأخذة بالازدياد مما يستدعي تضافر الجهود نحو تعبئة الموارد لتدعيم الطاقة الإنتاجية الزراعية بغية تحقيق مستوى معين من الاكتفاء الذاتي للسلع المهمة المتعلقة بالمحاصيل الصيفية والتي تعد من اقدم الأنشطة الاقتصادية الزراعية، إذ كشفت المصادر التاريخية ان هذه الزراعة بدأت منذ آلاف السنين فقد عرفها العراقيون القدماء، اذ أشارت بعض الكتب المسمارية لذلك، وقضاء الهاشمية واحد من اهم المناطق الزراعية في محافظة بابل وقد وجدت فيه أقدم المستوطنات الزراعية وتنوعت زراعة المحاصيل الصيفية التي تختلف في مدة زراعتها وطول فصل نموها ما بين الشهر الواحد او الموسم الزراعي، وتؤكل عادةً لما تمارها او سيقانها او جذورها وكيان من اسباب اختباري لقضاء الهاشمية مبدائلاً للدراسة لكونه يتميز بامكانيات زراعية (طبيعية وبشرية) تؤهله للتوسع في زراعة المحاصيل الصيفية، اذ ترمي الدراسة الى كشف صورة انتاج المحاصيل الصيفية في قضاء الهاشمية وتحليل المقومات الطبيعية والبشرية بمقدار علاقتها بنتاج المحاصيل الصيفية وامكانية تطوره وتنميته من خلال تشخيص المشاكل التي تعوق هذه التنمية وسبل معالجتها واحد من تأثيرها.

Agricultural production accounts for great importance in the district of Jordan, especially cultivation of summer crops, as research focuses in particular to determine the impact of geographic factors affecting the distribution of the amount of production between administrative units and analyzed.The study relied on a systematic approach, which is based on the identification of factors affecting the production of summer crops,crop then approach whereby the definition summer crops in terms of their nature and importance and to identify the most influential factors in the production, as well as the spatial distribution of these crops.The study relied on exporters to collect information and statistical data are, the desk study that relied on books and letter's university and research reports and journals on the subject of the study, as well as data from published and unpublished in libraries and official institutions, while the second source may represent field study that relied on direct observation and personal interviews and a questionnaire form and analysis of a sample of water drainage in the laboratory analysis of soil and water. The research of five chapters, included the first chapter directory theoretical research (research methodology and style), and Chapter II natural factors affecting the spatial variation to produce summer crops in the district of Jordan, The third chapter discussed human factors affecting the spatial variation to produce summer crops in the district Jordan, while Chapter IV analysis produce summer crops in the district of Jordan, The fifth chapter has discussed the problems facing the production of summer crops represented the problems of natural and human, and then put the proposed solutions to problems relating to natural factors and human and then planning the development of crop production summer to spend Hashemite . The bottom search can be said that the study showed the rule areas planted with palm trees first prize, and areas planted summer grain ranked second, and areas planted vegetables summer, finished third, followed by spaces planted fruit trees, and areas planted forage then cultivated crops legumes and oilseeds summer, but that there is a possibility to develop the production of summer crops in the district of Jordan represented by the availability of natural and human resources.
