الملخص
Aujourd’hui.

- Algeria has one of the highest solar deposits in the world, thanks to its geographical location. Given that the duration of sunshine on almost all of the Algerian national territory exceeds 2000 hours annually and can reach 3900 hours in the highlands and the Sahara [4]. Practically, solar energy has become the energy most exploited by many countries; this revolution is justified by international and national policies, for example: the Kyoto protocol which motivates and encourages governments to fight against the use of fossils. According to the International Energy Agency, an area of 145,000 km2 of photovoltaic panels is sufficient to cover all of the world's energy needs, so the energy captured by planet Earth for one hour could meet the world's energy needs for a year [6] [7][8]. Recent advances in the field of transportation such as electric vehicles with solar panels and, can be another means of clean and economical transportation that is gradually replacing conventional vehicles as well as an alternative means for Remote areas. This solution can also solve the problem and concern of suppliers as well as consumers whose distribution of fossil fuels for isolated sites and hard-to-reach areas is unpleasant[10]. Today, The electric vehicle (EV / PV) is emerging as the best solution in the context of cleanliness, comfort and fuel independence. In order for EVs to be Usable and popular, it is essential that sufficient coverage of these charging infrastructures. Is looking for an alternative solution to charge the YE from the photovoltaic panels (PY). A study focused on the feasibility of designing a PY solar charging system so that the batteries of a YE can be charged in a Saharan region in Algeria whose solar deposit is extracted from the NASA database of the RET Screen software . This study is within the framework of making the most of renewable energies in this country, typically solar energy, as well as the integration of this new mode of reliable and clean electric vehicle
