ترجمة الملخص

This Study deals with the concept of the so-calledGlobalization, with special reference to one of its ramifications,namely "cultural globalization." Particular attention has beengiven to the impact of this Concept on users of Internet facilitiesamong the younger generation of Sudanese nationals (Aged: ١٨– ٣٠), since the Internet device is, itself, one of the tools ofCultural Globalization.Both analytical and descriptive methods have been used toattain the required results.The findings are set out, in some detail, in the studydocument. Positive effects have been found to outweigh thenegative effects.However, the study points out that this trend may notcontinue, in view of the fact that the seamy side of theGlobalization process may, in the long-run, make itselfapparent, namely, the gradual up-rooting of the cultural, identity, the erosion of social, religious and cultural values of Society .The author calls upon the policy and decision-makers tokeep an eye on such potential dangers, and to devise policiesand take appropriate measures to forestall such destructivetrends, while, at the same time, welcoming the positive andconstructive theme of Modernization and the achievements ofScience and Technology.
