In the civilizedsocité prevail a basic ruel that a person can’t requir his rights by himself, so if someone had an exective bond (document) it is required for him to give to an officer of the law which is the bailiff because he is the legally qualified person to do the implementation procedures to give that person his rights by a legal way. And with the word implementations or execution in the legal world we mean two sense one is objective: fulfillment the commitment and this kind may be by choice and it’s the normal way or by force and the other is a procedural and the meaning of that is using the power of the public authority to require the debt. So the exective protection in the modern era it become more organized from authority represented by judiciary and he is the supervisor on the forced execution .He has full authority to protect the right and take it off using all the legal ways available such as the public power to force the debtor to full fill. Eveul though the procus of booking a movable are done without the consent or satisfaction of the desbtor but the legislator put some provisions and rules that would protect him from the abuse and his dignity is preserved. So the forced impelutation on a movable is a process that give the ability to a creditor to put the movables of his debtor found in his possession or other holders in the hand of the judiciary to sell them at the auction then destribut the procuds on the creditors and so by finish all the step above the debtor full fill his debts.
