الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج إرشاد جمعي قائم على العلاج بالمعنى لتحسين جودة الحياة لدى أسر ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في سلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ( التصميم الشبه التجريبي) بتصميم مجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة باختبار قبلي، وبعدي وتتبعي، أما أدوات الدراسة فقد تم استخدام مقياس جودة الحياة لأسرة الطفل ذي اضطراب طيف التوحد - من إعداد الباحثة ، وبرنامج إرشاد جمعي قائم على العلاج بالمعنى من إعداد الباحثة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٤) من أمهات ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد بمركز الوفاء لتأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بإبراء ، حيث تم تقسيمهن لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، (ن) ۱=۷ ، ن ۲=۷)، حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياس البعدي بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس جودة الحياة الأسرة الطفل ذي اضطراب طيف التوحد لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس جودة الحياة لصالح القياس البعدي، كذلك لا يوجد فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة التجريبية، وبذلك أثبتت الدراسة الحالية فاعلية البرنامج الإرشاد القائم على العلاج بالمعنى لتحسين جودة الحياة الأسرة الطفل ذي اضطراب طيف التوحد.

The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a group counseling program basedon meaning therapy to improve the quality of life for families of individuals withautism spectrum disorder in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the study'sobjectives, the researcher relied on an experimental approach (quasi-experimentaldesign) with a design of two groups: an experimental group and a control group,using pre-tests, post-tests, and follow-ups. As for the study tools, the quality-oflife scale for families of children with autism spectrum disorder - which wasprepared by the researcher - and a group program based on meaning therapy -which was also prepared by the researcher - were used. The study sampleconsisted of (14) mothers of individuals with autism spectrum disorder at the AlWafa Center for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities in Ibra, wherethey were divided into two groups: experimental and control (N1=7, N2=7) Thesample was selected purposefully, and the results of the study indicatedsignificant statistical differences in the post-measurement between the meanranks of the scores of the experimental and control groups on the quality of lifescale for families of children with autism spectrum disorder in favor of theexperimental group. The study also found significant statistical differencesbetween the mean ranks of the pre- and post-measurement scores for theexperimental group on the quality-of-life scale in favor of the post-measurement.لAdditionally, there were no statistically significant differences between the meanranks of the post-measurement and follow-up scores for the experimental group.Thus, the current study demonstrated the effectiveness of the meaning-centeredcounseling program in improving the quality of life for families of children withautism spectrum disorder. The researcher recommends utilizing the counselingprogram presented in the current study to guide families of children with autismspectrum disorder specifically, and families of individuals with disabilities ingeneral, by interested and specialized entities and individuals in rehabilitatingindividuals with disabilities.Keywords: meaning-centered therapy, quality of life, families of children withautism spectrum disorder.
