الملخص

La nécessité permanente des industries du secteur des hydrocarbures de fournir les énergies à leurs utilisateurs, les poussent à garantir la disponibilité de leurs systèmes de production, à travers la mise en place efficace du concept de la sûreté de fonctionnement. Dans ce travail, nous avons traité un sujet d‟une grande importance pour le secteur énergétique, particulièrement la production et l’expédition de gaz naturel par les unités de compression. La thématique abordée dans ce mémoire, traite l‟un des aspects des activités techniques de la maintenance industrielle, à savoir le diagnostic industriel. Etant une démarche qui traite les événements aléatoires, il ne peut être dissocié de l‟utilisation de la théorie des probabilités. Dans ce contexte, il vu comme une solution pour améliorer la disponibilité des installations par un isolement rapide des causes des défaillances en utilisant l‟arbre des défaillances ainsi que les tables de décision.

The continuing need of hydrocarbon sector industries to provide energy to their potential users drives them to ensure the availability of their production systems, through the effective implementation of the concept of dependability. In this work, we covered a topic of great importance to the energy sector, particularly the production and shipping of natural gas by compression units. The theme addressed in this thesis deals with one of the aspects of the technical activities of industrial maintenance, namely the industrial diagnosis. Being an approach that deals with random events, it can not be dissociated from the use of probability theory. In this context, he saw as a solution to improve the availability of the facilities by a fast isolation of failures causes by using the fault tree as well as the decision tables. As a conclusion, it can be said that this method of probabilistic diagnosis makes it possible to partially eliminate the need to wait for the experience resulting from the seniority of the maintenance engineer, by integrating it into an expert system that develops with the time based on the qualitative and quantitative data contained in the historical file of the unit.
