الملخص

Le présent travail a pour objectif l’étude phyto chimique d’une des plantes d’intérêt médicinal dans la région d'El-Oued, en l’occurrence Pergularia tomentosa. L’échantillon choisi est étudiés à travers leur contenant qualitatif et quantitatif en composés alcaloïdes, suivid’une analyse par chromatographie sur couche mince et évaluation in vitro des activitésantioxy dant et antibactérienne de ces composés.L’examen phyto chimique réalisé sur les feuilles de Pergularia tomentosa a montré la présence des alcaloïdes en quantité importante. L'extraction des alcaloïdes a permis d'obtenirun rendement de l'ordre de 0.5 %.L’analyse qualitative par CCM, après révélation et visualisation sous _UV à 365 nm, apermis de mettre en évidence de nombreuses taches (spots) des Rf et des couleurs différents,ce qui indique que la plante Pergularia tomentosa est riche en plusieurs classes des alcaloïdes.L'évaluation de pouvoir antioxydant qui a été réalisée en utilisant la méthode de DPPH, a montré que l'extrait d'alcaloïde est un pouvoir antioxydant relativement modéré parrapport à celui de l'acide ascorbique.L’étude de l’activité antibactérienne a été effectuée sur trois souches bactériennes parla méthode de diffusion sur disque. Les résultats obtenus indiquent que l’extrait d’alcaloïdesdes feuilles de Pergularia tomentosa se sont révélés activement inhibitrices vis à vis les souches testées, et sont beaucoup plus actives sur les bactéries à Gram positif que les bactériesà Gram négatif.

The present work aims to study a plant of medicinal interest in the region of El-Oued, in this case Pergularia to mentosa. The selected sample are studied through their qualitative and quantitative containment of alkaloid compounds, followed by separation by thin layer chromatography and in vitro evaluation of the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of this same compound. The phytochemical examination carried out on the leaves of Pergularia to mentosa showed the presence of alkaloids in large quantity. The extraction of the alkaloids made it possible to obtain a yield of the order of 0.5%.The qualitative analysis after separation by TLC, and visualization under UV at 365 nm, made it possible to highlight numerous spots (spots) in our extract. The number of spots in the chloroform / methanol / ammonia phase is higher than in the water / acetic acid / butanol phases, indicating that the plant Pergularia to mentosais rich in several classes of alkaloids The antioxidant evaluation that was conducted using the DPPH method showed that the alkaloid extract is a relatively moderate antioxidant relative to that of ascorbic acid. The study of the antibacterial activity was carried out on 3 bacterial strains by the method of diffusion on disk. The results obtained indicate that the alkaloid extract from the leaves of Pergularia to mentosa has been shown to be actively inhibitory against the strains tested, and is much more active on Gram-positive bacteria and less active on Gram-negative bacteria.
