Through Demo Of The Experimental Results, Which Focused On Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Measurements of Three Sets Of alloys Prepared using by method of rapid solidification depending on the way of the melt spinning technique, and through The Study The influence Of Adding Indium On binary and ternary alloys, Which lead To Format Of intermetallic phases During The Rapid Cooling, and Change In The structural, Electrical And Mechanical Properties, And Had An Active Role In The Best Selection of Practical Application. Based on above we can be summarized the following:1. using the melt spinning technique gives crystalline structures with very fine granular size compared with the size of the granular alloys which prepared by conventional methods.2-All X-ray diffraction results indicate to the absentéiste phase amorphous in allalloysgroups.3-we noticed the formation of intermetallic compounds in alloys prepared by using method of rapid solidification, which had a clear effect on the properties of alloys .We find that alloys which used shields and protective typically contain cadmium ,lead, and of course to lead at low temperatures is harm fuless to health, and cadmium gases which have multiple disadvantages on human health, and considered the source of pollution environmental, so we considered that the second and third groups free lead and cadmium, as cadmium toxic substance it is right and immunity to do several attempts in order to remove cadmium from any work related to, both the medical, or industrial field, so it is better to use free-cadmium alloys. In this research, we had been preparaed of three groups of alloys by using the method of rapid solidification, which iti t:instead of wt%) ndium(X= 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6adding Iby10 Cd40Pb50SnThe first group: -1cadmium gradually. instead of Zinc wt%)adding Indium(X= 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6by10zn90Sngroup: The Second -2gradually.instead of Antimony wt%)adding Indium (X= 1, 2, 3, 4, 5by6 Sb94Sn. The third group: -3gradually.The crystal structure, Mechanical and Electrical Properties have been Studied ,And the results were as follows Structural Studies of groups of alloys have shown Indium completely dissolved in the first intermetallic t% percent, and appears form of and second sets of alloys by adding (1,2,3) wwt, and appears %(1,2,3,4) olved by adding by Indium completely diss0.8Sn0.2IncompoundsIndium Phase adding 5wt%, and forming intermetallic compounds Sn Sb. -118-s modulus 's highest of hardness, Young The best alloy of Mechanical side was because it ha and specific elastic modulus for all alloys studied as it appears in the tables(1),(3),(6).10Cd40Pb50Sn:The first group-16.In4Zn90Sn, 4In6Zn90SnThe Second group:-22In4Sb94.
