Microwave radiation is considered one of the best methods used in sterilization ,and newly This method is used to sterilize Removable Prosthodontics, but will this method have effect on Bond Strengths of Two Hard Chairside Denture Reline Materials with Acrylic Denture Base .The aim of study: The Effect of Microwave Disinfection on Bond Strength of Two Hard Chairside Denture Reline Materials with Acrylic Denture Base before and after bond. Materials and Methods :This study examined the use of Two Hard Chairside Denture Reline Material and distributed according to samples classified in to (3) main groups in addition to the control group (for each material), the first one set sterilize before bonding with the lining materials for one month three times per week and then connects with the lining materials, the second group was sterilized after connecting for a month three times per week, while the latter group was sterilized before and after bonding for one month three times per week, and the applied forces in samples were measured in each group and compared with the control group that was not sterilized(not exposed to microwave radiation).Results In both reline material group(B)outperformed all groups, while statistically there was no significant difference between (C) & (D) groups. Conclusions :sterilization microwave effect on Bond Strength between the lining materials with acrylic denture bases was negative.
