ترجمة الملخص

Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.After: This is a brief reference to the research summary presented by the researcher for a doctoral degree in the jurisprudence of the Sonnah,The title: "Marweyat Al-Feetan in six books, what happened and what did not, the collection, Takhreej, and study" It consists of an introduction and two chapters, and a conclusion. The research problem, for three important issues: 1. What is the truth of sedition in the Islamic religion and scholarly about it? 2. What hadets irrigated in the strife of the six books that have occurred and what did not fall? 3. The position of the Sunnis toward sedition. As for the goals, so the three things: 1. The meaning of the language of the statement of sedition and idiomatically and words of the scholars in it. 2. Statement Marweyat tribulations of six books what happened and what did not. 3. And the statement of the position of the Sunnis toward sedition. In previous studies, there are many books were composed on this subject as it is written in the place, but according to the researcher knew what determines Marweyat tribulations of six books and what happened and what did not. Different from this thesis that select from six books it shows O has signed and O did not fall. The methodology: There are three sections: 1. Writing methodology in the subject. 2. The methodology of the suspension and exclusion. 3. Themethodology in terms of form, organizational and writing language. All of which are set out in the place.
