This study aims to know the contribution of administrative empowerment to achieving creativity among workers by carrying out a field study on the phosphate mining complex -Bir El Ater –Tebessa. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and developed for the purpose of collecting dataIt was distributed to a sample of workers in the phosphate mining complex -Bir El Ater -Tebessa, which numbered 295 individuals, where we used the statistical package for social sciences)SPSS(to analyze the questionnaire data in order to find out whether there is a statistically significant effect of administrative empowerment in its dimensions represented in:(Delegating authority, sharing information, communication, work teams, training, motivation) to achieve creativity from the point of view of the study sample members. The study reached a positive relationship and significant impact of the statistical dimensions of administrative empowerment independently of the creativity. In general administrative empowerment accounts 62.4 % of the variance in creativity, The study also found that there is a high level of managerial empowerment in the phosphate mining complex -Bir El Ater –Tebessa, due to the lack of predominance of traditional administrative ideas and the management's confidence in workers and the managers do not afraid of losing their authority and jobs, all this led to a very high level of creativity in this research institution, but this does not deny that it is an effective indicator of the application of this contemporary concept that needs time and comes gradually. This study recommends the need to pay more attention to enhancing the levels of administrative empowerment and creativity in the phosphate mining complex -Bir El Ater -Tebessa, by persuading workers to adopt such modern administrative methods. Cette étude vise à comprendre l’apport de l’empowerment administrative dans la réalisation de la créativité chez les travailleurs en réalisant une étude de terrain sur le complexe minier de phosphate -Bir El Ater -Etat de Tebessa, Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude Un questionnaire a été conçu et développé dans le but de collecter des données, qui a été distribué à un échantillon de travailleurs du complexe minier de phosphate -Bir El Ater -Etat de Tebessa, qui comptait 295 items, où nous avons utilisé le progiciel statistique pour les sciences sociales (SPSS) pour analyser les données du questionnaire afin de savoir s'il existe un effet statistiquement significatif de l'empowerment administratif dans ses dimensions représentées en : (délégation d'autorité, partage d'informations, communication Équipes de travail, formation, motivation) pour atteindre la créativité du point de vue des membres de l'échantillon de l'étude.L'étude a conclu qu'il existe une corrélation positive et d'un effet statistiquement significatif entre les dimensions de l’empowerment administrative indépendamment sur la créativité.l 'empowerment administrative est expliqué en général 62.4 % de la variance de lacréativité, L’étude a également révélé que l’entreprise étudiée présentait un haute niveau de l'empowerment administrative dans un complexe minier de phosphate -Bir El Ater -Etat de Tebessa, en raison du manque de prédominance des idées administratives traditionnelles et de la confiance de la direction dans les travailleurs et l'absence la crainte des dirigeants de perdre leur emploi et leur autorité, tout cela a conduit à un très haut niveau de créativité dans cette institution de recherche, Mais on ne peut nier qu’un efficace indicateur de l'application de ce concept contemporain qui a besoin de temps et vient progressivement.L'étude recommande qu'une plus grande attention soit portée au renforcement des niveaux de l'empowerment administrative et de la créativité dans le complexe minier de phosphate-Bir El Ater -Etat de Tebessa, à travers persuadant les travailleurs d'adopter de telles méthodes administratives modernes.
